To manage inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently, provide accurate information, and ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction through effective telecommunication.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a polite and professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints promptly.
Maintain proper call records and update the CRM or database regularly.
Coordinate with Service Engineer departments to ensure customer issues are resolved.
Follow up on pending cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide clear communication and support to customers regarding products or services.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and maintain call quality.
Suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal communication in Tamil and English.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Confidence and patience in handling customer concerns.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Team player with a positive attitude.
Education: Any Degree / Diploma.

Experience
: 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support.
