We are hiring for a

Healthcare Voice Process (Centene)



Job role where you will support

US-based patients

, insurance holders, and healthcare providers.

Role & Responsibilities:



Handle inbound calls related to medical appointments, billing queries, claims, and insurance verification. Provide accurate information and assistance with empathy and professionalism. Resolve patient/insurance queries while ensuring compliance with US healthcare standards. Document case details properly and escalate critical issues as needed.

Requirements:



HSC / Graduate with

minimum 1 year of BPO Voice Process experience

. Excellent English communication skills (mandatory). Prior experience in healthcare/insurance/claims process will be an added advantage. Comfortable with

US Night Shifts (Rotational)

. Strong listening, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Salary & Benefits:



Salary:

Up to ₹35,000 in-hand
