Job Purpose
A Customer Support Executive, or Customer Care Executive, is responsible for providing Post-Sale Support, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction, often through phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Problem-Solving:
Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively at all level seeking feedback after every step from PO to Dispatch.
Communication:
Effectively communicating with customers, both verbally and in writing, to understand their needs and provide solutions.

roduct Knowledge:
Having a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to answer customer questions and provide guidance.
Customer Satisfaction:
Prioritizing customer satisfaction and striving to exceed expectations.
Conflict Resolution:
Handling difficult or challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
Feedback:
Gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Escalation Handling:
Understanding and following procedures for escalating customer issues to the appropriate teams or individuals.
Education :
B.E./ Diploma or Any Graduate
Experience
2 to 5 years' experience in Customer Service Department, preferably from Engineering Company

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
