Coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet members' needs, working closely with other office staff to ensure members are satisfied with the facilities and their time there.
Identifying the factors that shape your office's appeal to customers.
Speaking to guests in person or in follow-up calls.
Developing strong customer relationships to build a stable revenue base and ensure high levels of repeat business.
Liaising and work closely with other members of the management team to identify marketing priorities.
Review future booking levels to plan dates for promotions to increase occupancy rates.
Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various platforms, including Invoicing, Site access control, Internet access and Printers.
Liaisoning with the facilities team on building operations and maintenance
Resolving member complaints through neutral fact investigation, and resolving with management and site operations team support
