3. Solve Customer Problems: Resolve complaints efficiently and use customer feedback to suggest service improvements.
4. Be a Product Expert: Know all House of Gulab products well to give customers accurate information.
5. Maintain Records: Keep detailed, accurate notes of all customer interactions and resolutions in our system.
