We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a
Customer Support & Product Specialist
. In this role, you will serve as the front line for customer service through live chat, email, and potentially phone support. You will assist with a range of customer inquiries including order status, returns, product comparisons, and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will help enhance our online support resources by contributing to FAQs, AI chatbot content, and knowledge base updates. This role may evolve depending on your skill set, with opportunities for growth in areas such as eCommerce support, content development, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone (as needed)
Provide accurate information regarding orders, shipping, returns, and products
Assist customers with troubleshooting and product support
Process new orders and manage order-related issues
Contribute to the development and maintenance of FAQs and help center content
Collaborate with the team to improve AI chatbot responses based on customer interactions
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to support processes
Ideal Candidate:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical or product-related information clearly
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Bonus: Experience with content writing, eCommerce platforms, or AI chat training
