Customer Support Specialist

Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups. Coordinate with the service centre team to schedule vehicle servicing, test drives, and customer appointments. Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. Maintain customer records, service history, follow-up logs, and feedback reports. Ensure timely communication regarding service reminders, delivery timelines, and special offers. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback for improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. 0-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the automobile sector. Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally

Initial training will be provided to ensure the candidate understands company processes, products, and service standards.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
