Role: Customer Support Specialist (Backend Operations)

Location : Mohali

Shift Timing : 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to manage backend tasks including appointment booking, load booking, coordination, and maintaining documentation for our US logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

Handle appointment booking and load booking Perform backend coordination with internal teams Maintain accurate documentation and shipment records Support daily operational tasks and follow-ups Ensure smooth workflow and timely updates

Requirements:

Experience in backend support/customer service preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a night shift (US process)
