Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of products and services to provide expert guidance to customers
Identify and report trends, providing feedback to improve processes and procedures
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive and adaptable attitude
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
