We are looking for an experienced

Customer Support Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping customers, is a great communicator, and is comfortable working a night shift.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication. Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience

in a customer support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using

Canva

and familiar with social media marketing. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Work Schedule

This is a night shift position.
