Handle customer queries and complaints via calls, emails, or chat. Provide accurate information about products and services. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, billing, etc.) for issue resolution. Update customer information in the database accurately. Meet performance targets such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction. Identify and escalate complex issues to the concerned team. Contribute to improving customer experience through feedback and suggestions.

Excellent
