Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive
to manage daily order processing, customer communication, and post-purchase support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and good command over Excel and calculations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle
customer queries
via
chat, calls, WhatsApp, and email
.
Daily order placing
and coordination with operations team.
Track orders
, shipments, and provide timely updates to customers.
Manage
returns, refunds, and replacement requests
.
Maintain customer data and update order status in Excel/CRM.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and complaints.
Coordinate with courier partners for delivery or RTO issues.
Prepare basic
Excel reports
(order summary, return report, customer issues, etc.).
Support additional tasks such as customer reminders, escalations, and daily follow-ups.
Required SkillsStrong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Good knowledge of
Excel
(Vlookup/filters/basic formulas) and calculations.
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations is a plus.
QualificationsGraduate / HSC pass with relevant experience
0-3 years in customer support or e-commerce preferred
