Voice Process Executives

for our

Pune office

to support international customers. This is a full-time, work-from-office position where you will handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and ensure high-quality customer service delivery for global clients.

Location

: Hinjewadi Phase 3, SEZ - Pune

Compensation (Approx. In-Hand)



12-17 months exp.: ₹24,000-25,000 training | ?27,000-28,000 post-training 18-23 months exp.: ₹26,000 training | ?29,000-30,000 post-training 24+ months exp.: ₹28,000-29,000 training | ?31,000-32,000 post-training

Key Responsibilities



Manage inbound international calls with professionalism Address billing & account-related concerns Provide quick resolution for service or technical issues Document customer interactions accurately Meet targets (CSAT, AHT, Quality standards)

Eligibility



Graduate / Undergraduate with minimum 1 year of International BPO voice process experience Excellent spoken English Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule & Benefits



5 days/week, rotational offs US night shifts (from 6 PM onwards, 9 hrs) WFO with two-way AC cab facility PF, health insurance, and permanent employment
