Customer Support Associate

who can be the cheerful and reliable voice of our brand. In this role, you'll assist customers, resolve their queries, and ensure every interaction leaves them with a positive impression. Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries through phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. Offer accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction. Handle requests, complaints, and feedback with empathy and a solutions-first mindset. Follow up on open issues to ensure complete resolution and customer delight. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments and coordinate effective solutions. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with the team to share insights and continuously improve support processes. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs.

What We're Looking For

Minimum qualification: High school diploma; a bachelor's degree is an advantage. Prior experience in customer service/support is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Empathetic, patient, and customer-centric approach. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems is an added bonus. Team player with the ability to work independently when needed. Flexible to work in shifts or adapt to changing business requirements.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
