Advice with Accounts Chennai Pvt Ltd is hiring a proactive and articulate

Customer Support Executive

to support our real estate-based projects in the UK market. The role requires strong communication skills, a basic understanding of accounting, and the confidence to handle UK clients over inbound and outbound calls. You'll be the first point of contact for customer queries, playing a key role in ensuring client satisfaction across our property management operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls related to UK-based real estate services

Communicate professionally and clearly with customers and tenants

Address and resolve customer queries including rent, maintenance, or property issues

Manage conversations with challenging or dissatisfied customers calmly and confidently

Follow up on payments, issue reminders, and clarify account-related concerns

Maintain accurate and organized records of calls and customer interactions

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Excellent spoken English and communication skills

Prior experience in international voice process (UK customer service preferred)

Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., invoices, rent collection, payment tracking, strong in balance sheet preparation and reading)

Ability to manage pressure and respond to high-volume or difficult calls

Confident in problem-solving and taking ownership of customer issues

Familiarity with CRM systems is an
