- Provide end-to-end service support to our customers.
- Attend to customer queries, issues and grievances over phone, email & live chat.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to product development teams.
- Proactively engage with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Meet the high standards of professional conduct, turnaround time and accuracy set by the team
- 5.5 days working.
