CS Executive -- a. An ability to communicate with customers easily and effectively

b. Having experience is Customer service of 2-3 years

c. Good computer skills

d.A 'customer first' attitude and approach to working

e. Providing information about new and existing products and services

f. Tracking and processing new orders and refunds

g. Exprience in chat operation handling is a must.

h. Anaytical skill -MS Office

i. Experience of 2-3 Years in Customer service of Ecommerce , Apparel Industry or Telecom Industry

j. Min qualifucation - Graduation

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week

Work Location: In person
