Key Responsibilities
Handle
customer queries
across phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media DMs.
Manage
returns and exchange requests
in line with company policies, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing queries regarding products, orders, and policies.
Coordinate with the
warehouse/logistics team
for timely shipping, tracking, and delivery of customer orders.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, returns, and issue resolutions.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Assist in preparing daily/weekly reports on customer queries, return ratios, and shipping performance.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and production) to resolve customer concerns quickly.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; prior experience in
customer support/operations in fashion, e-commerce, or retail
preferred.
Excellent
communication skills
in English and Hindi (written & verbal).
Strong problem-solving skills with a
customer-first attitude
.
Familiarity with
order management systems, shipping portals, and MS Excel
.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Positive, patient, and professional demeanor when dealing with customers.
