We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused
Consumer Support Specialist
to handle customer inquiries for our USA-based e-commerce jewellery brand. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong understanding of customer service handling.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide customer support to USA customers via
email, chat, WhatsApp, and calls+cold call
.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate product information.
Assist customers with order status, returns, exchanges, refunds, and queries.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, design, logistics, sales) to resolve issues.
Respond professionally and maintain high-quality service standards.
Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
Follow company communication guidelines and SOPs.
Required Skills
Excellent English communication (written + verbal).
Strong typing speed and ability to multitask.
Problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
Ability to handle pressure with a calm and positive attitude.
Experience in customer support (international) is a plus.
Basic computer & email-writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years of customer support experience (E-commerce preferred).
Experience handling USA customers is an advantage.
