We are expanding our
Customer Support team
to ensure smooth communication and after-sales assistance for our global buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
international customer inquiries
through chat, email, and phone (night shift).
Provide product details, order updates, and shipping information professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments -- production, sales, and dispatch -- to resolve client queries.
Maintain records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Deliver courteous, solution-oriented support in every interaction.
Requirements:
Excellent
English communication skills
(spoken and written).
Basic computer knowledge (email, CRM, Excel).
Prior experience in
customer support
,
BPO
, or
jewelry industry
preferred.
Comfortable with
night shifts
(U.S. time zone).
Strong sense of responsibility and patience in handling client queries.
