:

We are looking for

Client Service Specialists (Voice Process)

to support international customers from the

UK, USA, and Canada

for travel-related services. The role involves handling

voice calls only

and assisting customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel queries.

Candidates with

minimum 6 months experience in international voice process

and strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply. Training on travel processes will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Handle

international inbound and outbound voice calls

Assist customers with

flight, hotel, and travel-related inquiries

Support customers with

booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds

Provide accurate information on fares, policies, and travel services Maintain professionalism and service quality during calls Update customer details and call notes in the system Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required Meet performance targets related to quality and customer satisfaction Work as part of a team and follow company processes

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline

Minimum 6 months experience in international voice process

Excellent English communication skills (spoken) Comfortable working in

night shifts and rotational schedules

Willing to work on

weekends

Immediate joiners preferred

Experience Level:
