The selected candidate will be responsible for client onboarding, relationship management, service demonstrations, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. This role involves close coordination with internal teams and regular client interactions to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to international leads to understand their requirements and schedule onboarding meetings
Conduct product and service demonstrations, explaining processes and pricing
Build and maintain strong client relationships from onboarding to regular feedback meetings
Proactively follow up with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up data in the CRM
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Share regular updates and reports with management
Required Experience & Skills
Mandatory experience in
BPO/KPO
or handling
USA / international clients
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong customer handling and rapport-building abilities
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Customer advocacy and retention expertise
Prior experience in customer support, customer success, or client onboarding roles
Shift Requirement (Mandatory):
Candidates must be willing and able to work in a
night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST)
to support USA clients.
