Customer Support Specialist
who can offer fast, empathetic and reliable support to our users across chat, calls and email.
What You'll Do
Provide clear, friendly support to users on issues related to trading, app features, payments and account access.
Review user feedback, understand the underlying problem, and ensure each user gets the right resolution.
Handle escalated conversations and Premium user queries with extra care and clarity.
Work with internal teams to report bugs, improve responses, and strengthen our support systems.
Help maintain the quality of our automated bot by reviewing and correcting its responses when required.
What You'll Bring
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi.
A calm, patient, solution-oriented approach.
Ability to understand user context quickly and respond with clarity.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership.
Prior customer support experience is a bonus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
