Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide prompt and professional technical support for hardware and IT products (laptops, TVs, panels, CCTV cameras, etc.). Troubleshoot installation, configuration, performance, and connectivity issues. Guide customers through operational processes and basic maintenance steps. Record and manage customer interactions using CRM or ticketing systems. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to technical or service teams when necessary. Coordinate with service centers and field engineers for repairs or replacements. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction achieved. Share recurring issue trends and customer feedback with the product and technical teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Electronics, Computer Science, IT

, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).

Prior experience

in customer support, hardware, or IT product assistance is an advantage -- but not a must for enthusiastic learners. Strong interest in technology, electronics, and problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Patience, empathy, and a strong customer service mindset. Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk) is a plus. Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and electronic devices. Willingness to learn new technologies and tools through structured training.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
