Key Responsibilities



Act as the

single point of contact for clients

for all service-related queries. Address and resolve

client queries and grievances

, ensuring proper closure. Coordinate internally with

trading, accounts, KYC, research, and other departments

for query resolution. Provide clients with

FL ledgers, holdings statements, contact notes, and other required reports

. Manage

online and offline account opening processes

,

KYC

,

Account Activation, non Activation

Share

new product updates

and service information with clients. Fix and coordinate

client meetings

with internal teams.

Skills & Competencies



Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent

client handling and problem-solving ability

Good coordination and follow-up skills Proficiency in

MS Excel and basic software tools

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
