Job Responsibilities:



Handle inbound & outbound customer queries via

calls, chat, and email

. Provide accurate product/service information to customers. Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. Follow communication guidelines and company policies. Achieve daily/weekly customer support targets.

Required Skills:



Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?13,294.53 - ?17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
