About Us: EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to our department. The Customer Support Specialist will respond to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders. They will assist customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available. Also, they will document customer problems and inputs in ticketing system and assure prompt/proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures Responsibilities:
Responds to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders.
Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available.
Documents customer problems and inputs in ticketing system.
Assures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information.
Escalates or engages others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Customer Service
Previous customer interaction
Customer support policies, standards, and procedures
Inquiry research and response
Product support
Service request management process
Customer Service help desk software
