About the job The \xe2\x80\x9cClient Success Executive\xe2\x80\x9d works closely with customers to understand their business objectives and coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Product, Marketing, and Development) to ensure that we are providing amazing service experiences along with a great product for our customers. As a Client Success Executive, you will report to the Client Success Manager and support our customer base\'s adoption, retention, and growth. Key Responsibilities -

  • Take a high volume of outbound calls with a friendly and positive voice, give precise and correct information about the query to the customer, and work towards meeting the daily targets.
  • Update and process information accurately into the system.
  • Resolve Customer problems promptly and stick to the defined SLA.
  • Take Ownership & Deliver on Customer commitments
  • Liaise with other departments within the process in the event a customer call/query cannot be resolved at the first point of contact.
  • Clear Communication - during all conversations with Customers, uses simple English or other regional languages, that easily deliver information and solutions.
  • Professional Focus - demonstrates high personal and professional integrity when dealing with Customers. Treats all customers with empathy and respect and consideration.
  • Ability to solve problems look for solutions aligned with Customers\' perspectives and deliver on all commitments
  • Teamwork consistently works together, trusts each other, and engages in constructive conversations for the group\'s good.
Requirements
  • Experience - Minimum 2 yrs in Customer Service (Inbound / Outbound calls, chats and emails)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to analyze data and research results
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability
  • Excellent time management skill and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and priorities tasks
  • Customer focus with a high level of enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work within teams to exceed customer expectations
  • Possess a high level of confidence, desire to succeed, and assertiveness
  • Experience working independently and scoping/executing high-quality deliverables are a must
  • Ability to remain fact focused on emotional situations
