Our healthcare services include: CT, MRI, PET-CT, Mammography, Ultrasonography and Health check-ups.

Responsibilities:

No Sales / No Targets

Attend Inbound customer queries though calls / chats / emails

Provide details about our services to customers and help them with their appointments

Co-ordinate with the center partners, whenever needed

Ensure smooth and pleasant customer experience

Take feedbacks from customers once the service is taken

Prepare daily and weekly reports to send to manager.

Requirement:

Minimum qualification-12th +

Hindi and English Must. Any other regional language is an advantage

: 6 days a week.
