Key Responsibilities
Communicate daily with customers via email, chat, or calls.
Respond to client enquiries, provide updates, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage admin tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, data entry, and reports.
Maintain accurate records in systems (Google Workspace / MS Office / CRM).
Social Media Support:
Schedule, edit and post content provided by customers.
Coordinate with designers/content creators for updates.
Monitor social media pages for engagement and flag queries back to customers.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in Customer Support or Social Media Support roles.
Excellent written and spoken
English
(mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace/CRM.
Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
Familiarity with project/task management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com).
Prior experience supporting international clients (Australian/overseas) is an advantage
