About the Role

This is a blended role that involves:

Speaking with international customers via calls/chat/email Understanding customer needs and sharing accurate information Pitching relevant products or services when suitable Handling

upselling

,

cross-selling

, and related sales activities Closing sales professionally while maintaining customer satisfaction Recording all customer interactions correctly in the system

Salary Structure

1 year experience:

INR

40,000 - 44,000

per month

2+ years experience:

INR

44,000 - 46,000

per month
Performance-based incentives are provided for sales conversions.

Relocation Support Provided

Candidates relocating from outside Jaipur will receive:

Flight/train tickets Relocation bonus Hotel accommodation for

14 days

Smooth onboarding and support during settling

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates only Minimum

1 year of experience

Experience in customer support, customer service, inside sales, outbound sales, upselling, cross-selling, renewals, retention, telesales, or international process roles would be a plus Excellent English communication (spoken and written) Comfortable working from office in Jaipur Willing to work night/rotational shifts as per international process
