International Customer Support & Sales Executive (Experience Only)

Work From Office - Jaipur | PAN India Hiring | Relocation Support Provided

We are expanding our international operations team in Jaipur and are looking for experienced professionals who genuinely enjoy helping customers, explaining solutions clearly, and confidently handling upselling/cross-selling when it adds value to the customer.

What This Job Involves

This role combines customer support with sales, and you will be expected to:

Interact with international customers through calls, chat, or email Understand their issues and guide them with the correct information Explain product/service details in a simple, confident manner Suggest upgrades or better plans when it benefits the customer Handle upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and sales closures Maintain accuracy in documentation and follow compliance guidelines
This is not a target-heavy role, but you should be comfortable with sales conversations.

Salary Structure

We value experience, and the salary reflects that:

1 year experience:

INR

40,000 - 44,000

per month

2+ years experience:

INR

44,000 - 46,000

per month
Sales incentives are provided based on performance.

Relocation Support

If you are moving from another city, the company will help you with:

Flight/train tickets Relocation bonus Hotel stay for

14 days

after relocation Assistance with settling in Jaipur

Who We Are Looking For

Graduates only (any stream) Minimum

1 year experience

Experience in customer support, customer service, inside sales, outbound sales, upselling, cross-selling, telesales, retention, or similar roles would be preferred Strong English communication skills Comfortable working from our Jaipur office Open to rotational or night shifts (international process)
Freshers are not eligible for this role.
