About the Role

As a Customer Support & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

Handling inbound queries from international customers Understanding customer needs and explaining the right products/services Pitching, up-selling, and cross-selling where required Closing sales and maintaining a great customer experience Working with internal teams for smooth issue resolution
This is a

full-time, work-from-office role in Jaipur

(not remote).

Salary & Benefits
