About the Role

This role involves both

customer support

and

sales conversations

with international customers. You will:

Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email Provide clear, accurate information Build rapport with customers and understand their needs Pitch suitable products/services when it adds value Manage upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales Maintain documentation and follow quality guidelines Work in a structured, process-driven environment

Salary Range

Experience-based salary structure:

1 year experience:

INR

40,000 - 44,000

per month

2+ years experience:

INR

44,000 - 46,000

per month
Additional incentives for sales performance.

Relocation Support (For Outstation Candidates)

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates only Minimum

1 year

experience in any industry Experience in customer support, customer service, sales, telesales, upselling, cross-selling, outbound calling, inside sales, retention, or any international support role would be preferred. Strong English communication skills Ability to work from our Jaipur office Comfortable with rotational/night shifts
