Customer Support & Sales Intern
who can help manage customer queries, convert sales, and assist in growing our brand.

We run a niche Ecommerce store focused on premium iPhone cases. Our goal is to provide quality products and top-notch service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer queries via email, chat, or social media
Call customers for
RTO (Return to Origin)
and
abandoned cart
follow-ups
Assist in converting potential leads into successful sales
Maintain customer satisfaction through professional and friendly support
Learn and implement marketing and sales strategies to boost store performance
Work with tools like Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Excel/Sheets, and CRM software (training will be provided)
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and strategies
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally
A basic understanding of eCommerce and online shopping behavior
Must be self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

: 10000 per month + performance-based incentives
