Qualification:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field Minimum 3-6 years of experience in quality assurance Proven experience in both voice and chat support quality monitoring Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Relevant Industry:



Preferably from a Health n Wellness background

/ Job Responsibilities:



We are looking for a Customer Support & Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through our services/products. You will manage the end-to-end sales funnel using a combination of voice calls and digital chat platforms. This is a target-driven role where your success is measured by conversion rates and revenue generation.



Key Responsibilities:



Multichannel Prospecting:

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone calls and live chat.

Consultative Selling:

Understand the medical/healthcare needs of prospects and provide tailored solutions from our service portfolio.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs.

Relationship Building:

Build trust with clients by providing clear, accurate, and empathetic information.

Objection Handling:

Confidently address concerns regarding pricing, procedures, or service efficacy to close sales.

Desired Profile of the candidate:



Technical Skills



Proficiency in quality monitoring tools and systems Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with call center technologies and chat platforms Understanding of speech analytics and quality monitoring software

Competencies



Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Excellence in coaching and feedback delivery Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong presentation and facilitation skills Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Team collaboration and stakeholder management
