Job Responsibilities

:

Customer Outreach & Lead Generation - Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce company services, and generate interest to achieve sales targets. Explanation & Query Handling - Clearly explain travel packages or services to customers, address their inquiries, and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions. Follow-Up & Conversion - Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads, convert them into confirmed customers, and update records in the system and report daily activities, customer interactions, and sales updates to the manager. Agents Focus - Actively engage with new agents, establish strong relationships, and clearly explain the company's product packages, pricing and service benefits to drive conversions and support their onboarding process.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil & basic English/Hindi added advantage) . Ability to convince the customers. Basic Computer knowledge, MS Office and marketing. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Two Wheeler with License must

Working Hours:

9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
