We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Support & Sales Executive
to join our 24x7 team. This role involves handling inbound customer calls, providing app support, and making outbound calls for sales and onboarding. You'll play a key role in ensuring excellent service delivery while driving user engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
Make outbound calls to potential leads, follow-ups, or onboarding assistance
Guide users in using our apps and resolve any technical or usability issues
Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions using internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams (tech, product, sales) to escalate and resolve complex issues
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Provide a consistent and empathetic customer experience across all touchpoints
Requirements
1+ years of experience in customer support or sales (tech or app-based products preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
Comfortable with rotational night shifts and fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
Familiarity with CRM tools, chat platforms, or call center systems is a plus
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
