Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Handle inbound inquiries from customers related to products and solutions.
Qualify prospects and understand customer needs to propose the most suitable products.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information, activities.
Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support and resolve client queries efficiently.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven inside sales experience (1-3 years preferred, depending on role level).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
