Capable of managing and nurturing incoming leads effectively to convert them into opportunities.
Customer Query Resolution:
Provide prompt and accurate support related to our software products, addressing customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Product Demonstrations:
Able to deliver engaging and effective software demo presentations to prospective clients.
Qualifications (Preferred):
Experience in customer support, tele calling, or software sales.
Nice to have Basic understanding of software products (ERP, CRM, or related tech preferred).
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
