Answer incoming phone calls professionally and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for follow-ups, confirmations, feedback, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain call logs, enquiry records, and customer databases accurately.
Greet walk-in visitors and assist them with basic queries and check-in formalities.
Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, pricing, and company offerings.
Manage incoming email inquiries and respond or forward them accordingly.
Schedule meetings, appointments, demos, and maintain calendar coordination for management.
Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the concerned department.
Maintain a clean and professional reception/work area.
Coordinate with sales, admin, HR, and operations team as required.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and business data.
Assist with daily office tasks such as documentation, visitor entries, courier handling, etc.
Achieve call targets, follow scripts, and contribute to team goals.
Ensure a positive customer service experience and represent the brand professionally.
