Job Description

Role Summary

: We are looking for a proactive, customer-centric individual to support our Australian clients during Australia working hours. This role blends customer support, customer success, and sales activities, ensuring users have a smooth experience while driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities


Customer Support


? Be the first point of contact for Australian users via WhatsApp (calls + messages) and RingCentral.
? Troubleshoot issues, guide users through workflows, and share help center resources
? Identify bugs and coordinate with the development team for quick resolutions
? Provide timely updates to users on issue status
Customer Success
? Conduct onboarding demos for new users (30-45 minutes)
? Follow up post-demo to ensure users understand next steps
? Assist with premium trial activation requests
? Nurture customer relationships and maintain satisfaction
Sales Activities
? Pitch demos to newly registered users
? Run cold outreach sequences (email + WhatsApp when needed)
? Follow up with expo leads
? Help drive conversions and meet monthly KPIs
? Track leads, conversions, and engagement in CRM

Internal Coordination


? Report recurring issues or feature requests to the dev team
? Capture customer feedback for product improvements
? Support marketing by sharing insights from user conversations

Required Skills


? Excellent communication skills (English) with min 2 years of Experience
? Strong problem-solving ability
? Tech-savvy, able to troubleshoot simple operational issues
? Experience in support or sales preferred
? Independent worker who can handle fast-paced environments
? Comfortable with tools like WhatsApp, email, CRM, and helpdesk systems

Working Hours


? Must align with Australian business hours (9 am to 5 pm AEST/ADST) i.e,

4:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST

- Here need to have over lap of atleast 2 hours to discuss during our office timings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
