This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional, high-quality voice support to our US-based customers, adhering to international service standards.Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from US-based customers and clients related to the Roche process, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.- Provide accurate, detailed, and timely information regarding products, services, or technical queries as per process guidelines.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and resolving complaints on the first call whenever possible.- Document all customer interactions, transactions, and service requests accurately into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.- Adhere strictly to all process guidelines, quality standards, and data privacy regulations.- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate support level or department.Required Qualifications & Skills:Minimum Requirements:- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in an International Voice Process (BPO/Call Center).- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) at a C1 level (Advanced/Proficient) is mandatory.
