- Customer Support Executive (Australian TPG Billing Process) Location: Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai Profile: Australian TPG Billing - Customer Support Shift Timing: Australian Shifts (2:30 AM it will start at night) Working Days: 5 Days/Week Age Limit: Up to 42 YearsCompensation: CTC: Up to - 5.5 LPA In-hand Salary: Approx. - 36,000 Performance Incentives: Up to - 9,000/month One Sided Cab also.Eligibility Criteria:- Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience (mandatory)- Graduate only. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- Comfortable with Australian shift timingsKey Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to billing queries for TPG (Australia)- Assist customers with bill clarifications, overcharges, disputes, and payment issues- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high service standards- Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and follow up as needed- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions as per company guidelines- Meet performance KPIs such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Average Handling Time (AHT) (ref:updazz.com)
