Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and professional support to US-based customers via email, chat, and calls.- Resolve queries related to products, services, orders, and accounts with a customer-first approach.- Escalate complex issues to the right teams and ensure timely resolution.- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow standard support procedures.- Contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and process improvements.Requirements:- 1-3 years of customer support experience (preferably US or international clients).- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.- Ability to handle multiple queries and maintain professionalism under pressure.- Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, etc.).- Willingness to work in US-based time zones (night shift IST).
