Open Positions & Locations:- Customer Support Analyst - Vadodara (10-15 openings | 0.5-2 yrs | General Support)- Customer Support Analyst - Surat (5 openings | 0.5-2 yrs | General Support)- Customer Support Analyst - HMS/PMS - Surat (2 openings | 1-3 yrs | Specialized Software Support) Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.- Provide accurate and timely support for product/service issues.- Troubleshoot problems or escalate to internal teams when required.- Maintain customer records and log interactions effectively.- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.- Identify areas for customer education or process improvement.For HMS/PMS roles only (Surat):- Provide technical support related to HMS/PMS platforms.- Assist with usage, feature explanation, system updates, and end-user training.- Work closely with engineering/product teams for escalated issues. Requirements:- For General Support (Vadodara & Surat):- 0.5-2 years of experience in customer support (Freshers with strong communication welcome).- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and customer-oriented.- Familiarity with CRM or support tools is a plus.For HMS/PMS Support (Surat):- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in HMS or PMS software support.- Knowledge of healthcare or hospitality domain workflows.- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with ticketing systems or SQL.- Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.
