Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer queries via phone, chat, or email.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining company standards.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Meet performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.) set by the company.
Ensure excellent customer experience by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English/Hindi (or regional language depending on process).
Active listening and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Customer-focused mindset and adaptability to different situations.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Age: 18+ years.
Salary & Benefits
Salary range: ₹14,000 - ?30000 per month (varies by location & process).
