Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice process)

Responsibilities:



- Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls to/from customers.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Follow communication scripts and guidelines.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective responses.

Requirements:



- Any graduate.

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi(Mandatory)

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing).

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work in a team environment.
