Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer queries
Explain products/services clearly and generate leads
Follow up with prospects and maintain call records
Coordinate with internal teams for lead closure
Maintain professional and polite communication
Requirements
Good communication in Hindi & English (local language preferred)
Confident, customer-focused, and comfortable with calling roles
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Email)
Strong listening and follow-up skills
Ability to work with call targets
Qualification
Graduate preferred
