We're Hiring: Customer Support Representative (Chat & Email Only)

Location:

Minto Park, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata (Work from office)

Hours:

10 AM to 7:30 PM, 6 days a week (Saturday off)

Start Date:

Immediate

What You'll Do:

Help Customers:

Reply to customer questions and concerns over chat and email.

Solve Problems:

Handle issues quickly and clearly, keeping customers happy.

Work as a Team:

Share ideas to improve how we support our customers.
